1997 graduated the Kharkov State Technical University of Radioelectronics, specialty “Software of Computer Engineering and Automated Systems”.

1999 graduated the Kharkov State Technical University of Radioelectronics (KNURE), specialty “Information Systems in Management”.

2008 – Candidate of Economic Sciences; thesis: “Improving the quality management of products of industrial enterprises of railway transport on the basis of the process approach” (specialty 08.00.04 – economics and management of enterprises (by types of economic activity)).

2015 – Associate Professor at the Department of Information Control Systems of the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.

2019 – Professor of the Department of Information Control Systems.

2021 – Doctor of Engineering Sciences. The topic of the thesis is: «Models, methods and information technologies for automated management of temporal knowledge bases to support management decisions»; specialty «Information Technologies».
