1994 – Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD), speciality 05.25.05 – Information Systems and Processes; defended the dissertation at KhIRE.
1994 – Senior Research Fellow, Department of Automated Control Systems, KhIRE.
1995 – Leading Research Fellow, Department of Automated Control Systems, KhIRE.
1995 – Senior Lecturer, Department of Automated Control Systems, KhIRE.

Teaching
Teaches the disciplines: Organisation Theory, Information Systems Theory, Quality and Efficiency Management in Projects (including IT Projects), Efficiency of Information Control Systems.
Research
Since 1985, she has taken part in 23 contract and state-funded research projects and scientific and technical cooperation projects in advanced information technologies, acting as lead researcher in 9 of them.

Awarded the “Excellence in Education of Ukraine” badge.
International activity
2001 – participated in the TEMPUS project UM_CP-20560-1999 on the use of the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) in higher education in Ukraine.
