1997 – Senior Lecturer, Department of Applied Mathematics, UIA.

1998 – Associate Professor, Department of Applied Mathematics and Analytical Support of Internal Affairs Bodies, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (KhNUIA).

2009 – Doctor of Technical Sciences (D.Sc.), speciality 01.05.04 – System Analysis and Theory of Optimal Decisions; defended the dissertation at NURE.

2005–2009 – took part in state-funded research projects: “Development of Methods and Tools for Structural and Parametric Identification of Multifactor Evaluation and Multicriteria Optimisation Models”; “Synthesis of Information Processing Methods under Uncertainty Based on Self-Learning and Soft Computing”; “Development of Mathematical Models and Software for Multicriteria Decision-Making under Uncertainty”; “Development of Principles and Software for a Decision Support System under Uncertainty for Technological and Organisational Systems”.
