The research area concerns the development of models, methods and technologies for the automated management of business processes (including those with a variable structure) under uncontrolled external disturbances.
The research area involves the following tasks:
- development of models for representing enterprise business processes;
- development of models for representing enterprise business rules;
- research and development of methods for the intelligent analysis of business processes and their elements using templates;
- research and development of methods for verifying business process models;
- assessment of the completeness and consistency of business rules using Process Mining technologies;
- development of tools and software for managing business processes with a variable structure.
