The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is putting forward for public consultation a state investment project "Establishment of a Laboratory Centre for Critical Technologies" at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, in order to obtain relevant proposals, which are analysed during the project's preparation.
