On 11 February 2019, by Order No. 86 of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, a sectoral competition commission was established to organise and conduct the 2nd round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in specialism 122 Computer Science. This commission is the main body determining the best scientific and applied scientific papers produced by students of Ukrainian higher education institutions in the specialism 122 Computer Science during 2018. From the ICS Department, the sectoral commission included Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof., Head of the ICS Department Viktor Makarovych Levykin and Doctor of Technical Sciences, Assoc. Prof., Prof. of the ICS Department Maksym Viktorovych Yevlanov.
