On 16 December, a 3-month scholarship programme from SoftServe for senior-year students of technical specialisms starts in Kharkiv.
R&D Incubator Kharkiv is an intensive technical programme designed to bring together students and developers to work on joint innovative projects. During this time, they will work on real projects side by side with SoftServe’s R&D mentors.
Recruitment is currently open for two groups of students, each intended for 3 participants. Students and mentors will work together on projects: natural language processing for Healthcare and a Recruitment Analytical Platform.
- The Natural Language Processing for Healthcare project aims to structure data about the patient and their medical history, thereby saving time in diagnosing the patient.
- The Recruitment Analytical Platform project aims to develop an analytical platform that will provide a comprehensive understanding of candidate profiles in terms of technologies and skills, together with an overall assessment of how well a candidate matches the vacancy requirements.
Teams will have an individual training programme. During their time in the incubator, SoftServe will pay students a scholarship of $200/month. Based on the results of the programme, the best students will receive a job offer at SoftServe.
