The University's researchers are taking an active part in the discussion of the state investment project "Establishment of a Laboratory Centre for Critical Technologies" at NURE.
According to the University's Rector, the relevant vice-rectors and leading researchers, the establishment of the laboratory centre will make it possible to consolidate joint efforts to address problems in such areas as laser and optoelectronic technologies, technologies for the integrated processing of optical, infrared, acoustic and radar signals, technologies for creating airspace control systems, and lidar systems. These areas are highly relevant and important for the defence industry in these difficult times.
