graduates took place.

A distinctive feature of this year's celebration was the presence and direct involvement of junior-year MIT students in preparing the event. They joined in congratulating their senior colleagues, to share in the joy of this important occasion, draw inspiration from their achievements and take on the Department's finest traditions.
