On 24–25 April 2019, the final scientific-practical conference of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the specialism “Computer Science” was held at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
74 student research papers were submitted for the competition from 36 higher education institutions in 18 cities of Ukraine. The authors of 20 research papers from 14 higher education institutions were invited to take part in the final scientific-practical conference.
The winners, runners-up and participants of the competition received prizes and souvenirs from the IT companies “ProfITsoft”, “AxiomSL” and “SoftServe”. Special mention should be made of the presentations by Nadiia Fesenko, Lead of Ukraine QA Team at “AxiomSL”, and Viacheslav Laptiev, Director of the IT Academy at “SoftServe”.
The results of the competition for NURE should be considered very good: Halyna Kliuchko’s (ICS Department) paper took first place, the papers by Roman Savchenko (ICS Department) and Dmytro Pupchenko (Department of Informatics) took second places, and Nadiia Kalaida’s paper took one of the third places.
